"How will I know what I think until I see what I write?"
I graduated from Lafayette College in 2004 and have been teaching high school English for 5 years at North Hunterdon High School located in Central New Jersey. I currently teach 9th grade Honors English and Advanced Academic Literacies (AAL). In the past I have taught junior American Lit (CP and Honors), Communication, Advanced Exposition, and Public Speaking.
I had the opportunity to co-create AAL and now am entering my 7th semester of teaching this mixed-ability 21st Century course. I love integrating new technology into this course and my other classes as well.
I coach girl's soccer and lacrosse and serve as co-advisor to the senior class. In my free time I love to read, journal, and explore the outdoors.
